Yes, the range of benefits offered on this account can be availed by maintaining a minimum of Rs 5000 in your account. Non maintenance of this amount will result in non-maintenance charge being levied on your account.
It’s simple. If you do not wish to keep a minimum balance of Rs 5000 in your account, just do an SIP or RD for a minimum amount of Rs 2000. Non-Maintenance fee will not be levied.

The entire process is simple and requires your Aadhaar and PAN details to start with. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number linked with Aadhaar number for proceeding ahead with the online deposit(s) account opening

You can open only 1 OTP based account with any bank in India. If you already have OTP based account with any other banks then you cannot open online account with RBL Bank.

In order to operate your account without any limitations/restrictions we need to meet you in-person to collect copy of your KYC document and Signature to update in our records
The activity would require minimal documentations and needs to be completed within 1 year from date of account opening. The account requires to be closed if it is not completed within timelines as per guidelines
You can access services linked with our branch network post completion of In-person verification process. Till such you can place all relevant banking transactions or services by using our alternate banking facilities i.e. Retail Net Banking, MoBank App, Debit Card, SMS Banking, Phone Banking
The welcome KIT shall carry your Welcome Letter, Titanium Debit Card linked to your Digital Savings Account, BCSBI Code copy & Passbook Note – Chargeable Cheque Book shall be issued only on request post completion of the In Person Verification (IPV) process

No, the details would be captured as it is from the Aadhaar Card database and hence the same cannot be rectified while opening the digital savings account
If the balance in the digital savings account exceeds Rs.1 lakh in a given day or cumulative credit values exceed Rs.2 lakh in a financial year or In-person verification is not completed within 1 year of account being opened, the bank reserves the right to put the account on a total freeze, till such time that customer completes the full KYC process
No, once you complete your full KYC these restrictions are withdrawn. You can enjoy an extended account balance of more than Rs 1 lakh cumulative deposit of more than 2 lakhs in a financial year.
